At SimplyTek, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your device, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SimplyTek account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
